THE RODNEY SHOP hours are Fridays and Saturdays 11am to 6pm and Sundays 11am to 4pm. Or do you mean how long will the shop be open into the future? Taking into account the fact that nothing lasts forever, my plan so far is the regular hours will be in effect until December 26th. Then the shop will re-open in the spring 2019.

Is there any way this shop would ever have an online site? I’m a big fan of your work, but I am unable to go to New York to visit the shop 🙁

Dear Valentina, Thanks for your question. Putting my design products online has been a problem for me for a very long time. You can see in my Whimsyload.com shop I only have a few items. This is because I just don’t have the time in my schedule, or a budget to hire people to do the considerable work that is required to photograph, list, monitor, pack and ship items. Many of the items I sell at THE RODNEY SHOP are under $10, and it just doesn’t make sense to sell them online, especially since I would have to pay talented people to make the online listings. I’m really sorry I have to explain all this. Still, I’m thinking how I can make my works more available online. I’ll keep working on it! Thanks again! – Rodney
